Full Refunds:
Non-Activation: A full refund will be issued if you cancel your subscription within 14 days of signup and have not activated any services. Activation includes requesting design work, content creation, scheduling marketing campaigns, or initiating website development.
Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues preventing you from using the platform and our support team is unable to resolve them within a reasonable timeframe (typically 5 business days), a full refund will be issued for the unused portion of your subscription.
Partial Refunds:
Prorated Refunds: If you cancel your subscription after the initial 14-day window and have not used more than 50% of your allotted services for the current billing period, a prorated refund will be issued based on the unused portion.
Project-Specific Refunds: For certain projects within your subscription, such as website development with significant work completed, a partial refund may be offered at our discretion, considering the progress made.
Non-Refundable Services:
Services rendered prior to cancellation, including completed design work, content creation, and launched marketing campaigns.
Setup fees and onboarding costs.
