Our Process:
Market Research

We conducted secondary data market research combined with primary data to forecast current and future trends of the brand, before determining what could be the best strategic approach for brand growth.

Fact Finding:

Freshness of meat were one of the purchasing determinant with 67% of respondents confirmning this. While most customer still prefer meat purchase on traditional wet market due to price competitiveness, online channel has seen dramatic surge on recent years.

Marketplace Optimization

Having been stagnant over the last few years with their online sales. AGE came in and did simple, but crucial adjustment that is necessary to accelerate their growth sales. One thing that we tweak is delivery radius on their store, extended from 10KM, up to 20KM. This alone sees 50% of sales increase in the coming months since we’re hired.

Live-Shopee

One of the major driving factor for sales growth is live-shopping we did in Shopee 4-5x / week. Subscribing to existing Shopee live program also helped. We did all the detailed work from start-finish.

Market Research

This is pivotal to forecast a company that’s existed for 3 decades but is seeing a blocking wall in terms of sales. We had to make this attempt to decide if there is another market gap we can explore, and what their brand state is compared to their competitors.

The Results

HOPM since then has seen a dramatic 2.5x in sales, up to 3x sales in peak season during Christmas. They had exceeded their order capacity that some of them had to be canceled.

Our strategy converts. And their sales has rocketed since implelementation of devised and meticulous marketing effort.

From its previous regular online sales amount in average, we manage to grow at its peak a volume of 3x. We used delivery radius expansion, product description optimization, and ad budget scale up, to boost its sales growth.

The restaurant achieved over 380,000 impressions across various digital channels, significantly expanding its reach and attracting a diverse customer base. Kalaras Cimahi garnered stellar reviews on Google My Business, boasting an impressive 4.7-star rating based on customer feedback and interactions.
